Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email once you item has shipped.
Local Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery on weekends (Saturday and Sunday ONLY)
Weekday delivery will have a charge of $8.99 which will be applied to checkout if the option is chosen
You will be contacted via email on the day your items are scheduled for delivery via the email you used upon order. To protect you and ourselves, all deliveries will be made contactless. (Porch drop off).
Local Pickup
Pickups can be made Monday - Sunday from 9am to 7pm after receiving email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and ready for pickup
Canada Wide Shipping
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED AND DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT AND IS DEPENDENT ON WEIGHT. WE USE CANADA POST TO SHIP ALL PACKAGES. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.
USA and International Shipping
For orders to USA and International Countries, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. Estimated times vary depending on your location.
Your order may be subject to import duties and tax (including VAT) which are incurred after the package reaches your destination Country. The Treasure Chest Gifts & Decor is not responsible for these charges and if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order by going to https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home and entering your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated once you receive your shipped order confirmation email.
